‘Innovation’ is was the theme of the ASD-N Opening Day professional learnings sessions. Teachers were engaged with new ideas and concepts.  There was be a variety of sessions offered by teachers and leads. As part of this professional learning, teachers also had the option of participating in a Build Challenge. Working in teams of 3 or 4, teachers were presented with the challenge of building a catapult which they then used to compete for prizes.
