Sugarloaf Senior High School in Campbellton recently recognized the United Nations International Day of the Girl  on October 11. Acting Vice Principal Mr. Michael O'Toole outlined the day’s events.“A majority of male students and staff, wore suits and ties and created activities with a focus on supporting our female students and staff with the school. From greeting and holding the doors open for all of our students in the main entrance in the morning, to carrying school bags and items from our female students and staff to their classrooms and helping to serve lunch and picking up the trays of our female students and staff, highlighted the importance of International Day of the Girl at our school.” The event was organized by SSH treacher Vinod Chandrasekhar.
