As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that all employees understand the core values that we believe are an important part of Anglophone North School District’s culture, we are dedicating a month to each of our six core values. November is TRUST Month.
Our core value for trust says that “We commit to working with integrity, respect, transparency and honesty, building trust among team members.”
Organizations need to be built on a foundation of trust, and trust is established through actions and words. Through making a commitment to the district’s goals, working competently with the goals in mind and communicating consistently, we can ensure that trust is fostered. In our spheres of influence we must be able to make suggestions, make observations, voice concerns and raise questions even if we don’t agree or can’t accede to every suggestion. As employees of ASD-N we must promote an atmosphere where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, understood and informed.
As we work on building trust in the workplace, our goal is to discover and mitigate the various barriers to trusting relationships. We look forward to hearing from you any ideas you have that might improve trust in Anglophone North School District.
