The 2017 Anglophone North School District Chess Tournament was held at Rexton Elementary School on Saturday, March 18th and once again proved to be a very successful event. There were 48 students registered in the tournament this year representing 14 different District schools.
Students were competing against opponents at the same Grade level and to qualify for the NB Provincial Chess Championship Tournament being held at Bernice McNaughton High School in Moncton on April 22, 2017.
