ASD-N will be participating in Orange Shirt Day on Wednesday, September 30th. Many classes will be learning about the importance of Orange Shirt Day and the history that shaped it.
Students and staff will be encouraged to wear an orange shirt to honour Indian Residential School Survivors. Be sure to take photos and tag those pictures using #ASDNOrangeShirtDay.
For more information on Orange Shirt Day, please visit https://www.orangeshirtday.org/ Be sure to read the story of Orange Shirt Day, and learn how you can help contribute to this legacy.
