Everyone loves a scavenger hunt and so do we!

The Early Childhood Services Team in Anglophone North School District has decided to create a family scavenger hunt to celebrate Family Literacy Day 2023!

The scavenger hunt will take place from January 27 to 30 in your own community.

Here’s how it will work:

Register your Family Team anytime from now until Wednesday, January 25 at noon. To register, send an email with your name, phone number, and address to Wendy.Astle@gnb.ca.

Registered families will receive the clues by email on January 27.

Read the clues and go searching for the landmarks. Take a team picture in front of the landmarks.

Once you have completed the scavenger hunt, email all your pictures to the same email you first registered with:  Wendy.Astle@gnb.ca

Please send the pictures together and not separately.

Make sure your name, phone number and address are included in the email with your pictures.

You will have the whole weekend to complete the scavenger hunt but don’t forget to email your pictures by Jan. 30.

Each Team that sends in their pictures will receive a prize!

Remember during the scavenger hunt to talk about the signs you see in your community, have fun looking for the letters in your name, and Talk, Sing, Read, Create Through Play Every Day!
