Schools in ASD-N is observing Orange Shirt Day on September 29th, as part of the Truth and Reconciliation Week. The day and week honours the lost children and survivors of the residential school system, as well as their families and communities. 

There will be no school for K-12 students next Monday, October 2nd, 2023. The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is September 30th, and the holiday will be observed on Monday, October 2nd.

We invite our school and greater communities to pause and observe a minute of silence on September 30th, to honour and show respect.
