SMS Blazer Bots Compete in FIRST LEGO League Robotics Competition

The Superior Middle School Blazer Bots are competing in the FIRST LEGO League Robotics Competition at Acadia University Saturday, Feb. 15.   There are 6 teams from NB that qualified for the event and are heading to the competition.

There are presentations in the morning in front of judges, and the afternoon consists of the robotics competition.  The afternoon competition is being broadcast live on the Internet.  There are 30 teams competing from across Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick.  The robotics challenge consists of three rounds of play for each team and each round lasts 2.5 minutes where their robot is coded to complete as many missions as possible.  The SMS Blazer Bots are on at the following times tomorrow:  2:05 p.m.on Table 2B, 2:45 p.m. on Table 2A, and 3:25 p.m.on Table 3A.
