STEAM Night Fun at Lord Beaverbrook School

Posted: December 6, 2018

Approximately 150 students, parents and family members enjoyed a wonderful evening of fun, engaging and educational activities at Lord Beaverbrook School in Campbellton. From the time, the doors opened, until the conclusion of the evening, young learners had a hard time containing their excitement as they participated in a wide range of STEAM based sessions. These included Math Escape Rooms for K-2 and 3-5, coding room, Sphero activities and Light Art, numerous OSMO stations, Logic Games, Code-a-Pillars, Giant Jenga and more.

Plenty of smiles were seen throughout the building as parents participated in the variety of activities alongside their children.

The successful evening at LBS came less than a week after a similar STEAM Night event at Jacquet River School, which saw large crowds of students and parents in attendance as well. Be on the lookout for more STEAM Nights to come in 2019.
