Congratulations to Josanna Hickey of Bathurst High School. She recently was named as one of 16 students from across Canada to win a Beaverbrook Vimy Prize. Josanna will spend two weeks in August visiting the Vimy Ridge Memorial and other historic sites in Europe sharing the experience with 15 other young Canadians.  This scholarship aims to “educate and inspire students through the historic Battle of Vimy Ridge, where Canada came of age and was then recognized on the world stage”.
