On Thursday May 7th all grade 10 and 11 high school students in District 16 had the opportunity to “explore their futures” at a careers exposition held at the Civic Centre in Miramichi West. This event gave the visitors a chance to speak with dozens of representatives from a wide variety of careers and  post secondary learning institutions. In some cases participants got to try their hands at some of the related skills. The students' visits to the Explore My Future exposition, which is held every two years in Miramichi, included a motivational talk by Mr. Ed Leslie, Executive Director of the New Brunswick Society of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists.
