School District 16 has joined with local partners in an initiative to promote outdoor physical activity and adventure for all members of the Miramichi community. The project is called M.O.V.E. (Miramichi Outdoor Venture Experience) and aims to provide opportunities in such outdoor activities as orienteering, GPS training, geocaching, hiking, canoeing, climbing, team building and adventure activities. MOVE is pleased to offer two, one-week camps for area youth (boys and girls, ages 10-15) this July which includes experiencing the High Elements Challenge Course located at Miramichi Valley High School.
