A Message From Our Superintendent

Posted: September 30, 2013

Dear Staff, Friends and Community Members,As I begin my final week as Superintendent of Anglophone North School District, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you. Thank you for your support and friendship as we worked together throughout a difficult year of amalgamation and renewal. And look what we have accomplished! We have a wonderful district that places student learning first with District Office Staff, Teachers and Support Staff who purposely go to work each and every day to make a difference for our students. It has been a privilege to be Superintendent of ASD-N, the mighty district of Northern New Brunswick. Each and every day I was exposed to the ‘can do’ attitude that makes life in Northern NB great. Thank you to parents and community organizations that have supported the important work that we do. I would also like to extend my appreciation to our District Education Council. It has been an honor to work for a Council that understands the complexities of Public Education while being so supportive of the work that we all do. Rest assured that as I take on new challenges provincially, I will maintain a focus on the classroom and our students. I take with me a great deal that I have learned in this district and will continue to support the important work that we all do in this wonderful province of New Brunswick. I extend my best wishes to all. Have a phenomenal school year!Nancy Boucher
