ASDN has been monitoring the situation in PEI and NS throughout the day. At no time was there any information supporting credible threats to any school in NB.

Please be assured that both Police and schools have well established‎ protocols for managing these issues. Barring further information, these sound local practices should guide any decisions to ensure safety and security in both the community and at school.
