The provincial “Speak Out” competition was held at St. Thomas University in Fredericton on May 23rd. Strong performances were given by all ASD-N representatives in the six categories with two students receiving awards in Spoken Word; Jillian Esliger of Jacquet River School, first place in the middle school division and Olivia Hamilton of Bathurst High, second place in the high school division.
