District 16 will be hosting an exposition at James M. Hill High School on Wednesday November 30th to highlight student work in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). The public is invited to attend at 4:15 pm when judging will have been completed. Awards will be presented at 5:15 pm. The STEM EXPO is designed to provide students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity, research, design, building, and problem solving skills through a public demonstration of their learning. Students will present concepts learned in class and highlight their relevance. The event also provides access to STEM-related professionals, businesses and organizations in the District 16 catchment area for students to share and explore their interests.
