This has been a year like no other, and we recognize that we all could use some additional support and resources to help us get through.
A FREE virtual session on Community Mental Health Literacy will be taking place on Monday, May 17th from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
The virtual session will focus on increasing mental health literacy, and is open to anyone interested in learning more.
