The Bathurst area Turnaround Achievement Awards ceremony was held at the Atlantic Host Hotel on May 28th. Six area students were recognized last Wednesday evening for their accomplishments in academics and overcoming obstacles in their schooling. They were honoured with a special dinner and were given awards and gifts. The guest speaker was Kirk Aubie of the Bathurst Youth Centre, himself a Turnaround Achievement Award recipient from a decade ago.
