The Belledune Learning Centre held its first “Fallowe’en Fun Day” recently supported by volunteers from the nearby Jacquet River School. The Learning Center, operated by Collège communautaire New Brunswick’s Campbellton campus, offers upgrading courses in several academic subjects such as math, English language and biology. The seven students from Jacquet River school were there to organize games, serve hot dogs and chili; and decorate cookies. Event organizers were very grateful for their contribution to the success of the fun day which was held to promote the Learning Centre in the Belledune community.
