Lieutenant Governor of New
Brunswick, the Honorable Jocelyne
Roy-Vienneau spoke Monday February 9th to an assembly at Ian
Baillie Primary School to open New
Brunswick Heritage Week 2015. Selected to
represent all of New Brunswick, the school was proud to host Her Honour, the
Lieutenant Governor, as well as New Brunswick’s Minister of Tourism Heritage
and Culture and MLA for Miramichi-Bay du Vin the
Honourable Bill Fraser and Lisa Harris MLA,
Miramichi Bay-Neguac. During the assembly Ian Baillie students performed songs
and dance reflecting their heritage and their pride in being Canadian. Heritage
projects, prepared by the students were on display for viewing by members of
