Description: The session will begin with an opening prayer and will focus on forgiveness. Dr. Colfer will discuss mental wellness from a physical, emotional and spiritual place, balancing this with purpose, hope and belonging.
Participants will learn how this ancient framework can be implemented within home, community and school cultures as we endure this moment of Great Pause.
Participants will have time to reflect and ask questions at the end of the session.
