Interested schools will need to apply to have something about their school feature in a W-CAMS episode. Applications should be made only by school principals or a designate.
Communication Officer, Meredith Cassie and Technology Lead, Craig Duplessie will visit your school and work with a group of students to produce the episode.
Want to be featured in a W-CAMS episode? Here is what you need to do:
Describe for us what it is about your that you want profiled in your episode. This should be part of your school culture, that makes you unique, something you are proud of. We encourage you to think of something that isn’t connected to a specific date or event.
Identify a contact person to assist us in coordinating your shoot.
Identify a student to act as a co-host of your episode.
Identity a group of 2 or 3 students to be part of the production team.
Create a list of between 3 or 4 potential interview subjects (students, teachers, parents, support staff,etc.).
On the day of the shoot, you will need to:
provide a space for the team to work
assist in the identification of shooting locations
assist in the coordination of interviews
