Preparing for
physical activity is important! Did you know that it is important to
warm up your body before any physical activity? Warming up prepares your body
physically and mentally for exercising, and also helps prevent injuries. If you
are going for a run, you can warm up with some light jogging followed by some
stretching. So lace up your sneakers, “warm up”, get a friend and go for a run.
It’s Go for 42 time!

With the support of Ducks Unlimited™ interpreters, Emily and Kristen, students got to hear about and explore the biodiversity of wetlands, the birds that might make wetlands their habitat, about the life on and below the water’s surface and about bird migration.
