Rexton area schools have developed a wonderful partnership with the Rexton Lions Nursing Home. Each school has a program that allows students the opportunity to visit the residents and spend a little one on one time with them. Mrs. Warman, Community Schools Coordinator has been taking students from EWG Middle School weekly, after school, to visit the seniors for 7 years! They make crafts, decorate cookies, record stories, help with special events and on the occasion play a game of bingo.
